Station information
The opera house is the main venue for the Wuppertaler Bühnen, which also include the worldfamous Wuppertal Pina Bausch dance theater. The historic center next door comprises a villa of the Engels family and a museum for early industrialization. In 2014, the Theater am Engelsgarten joined as a small stage venue.
