As recently reported here, the Schwebodrom opened its doors last year. Locals and tourists alike can learn all kinds of things about the origins and history of the suspension railroad in the new suspension railroad museum.
Now WDR has also become aware of the project and sent Westart presenter Siham El-Maimouni to explore the museum. She interviewed the artist Gregor Eisenmann, who is behind the light show in the Schwebodrom, as well as Martin Bang, the marketing manager of the city of Wuppertal and Thomas Helbig, managing director of the Schwebodrom. To find out what makes the museum so attractive as a place of experience, you can watch the report here in the media library (be aware: the video is only available in German). Have fun!
