As part of the relief package planned by the federal government in view of the rising energy costs, a special offer for local public transport is planned.
The so-called 9-euro ticket should cost 9 euros per month and be available for three consecutive months.
According to the current status, this ticket will be available from June 1, 2022 and will be valid throughout Germany in local and regional transport, but not in long-distance transport (ICE, IC and EC).
Important:
If you have a subscription with us (e.g. Ticket2000, SchokoTicket or BärenTicket), you do not need to do anything. All subscription tickets will be automatically converted.
We are currently preparing our systems so that your subscription can then be billed automatically at the lower price of 9 euros.
Some details about the campaign ticket still have to be clarified. As soon as this information is available, we will inform you immediately on the wsw-online.de website. If you are a subscriber with us, we will write to you personally in May.
